One-piece rotor - Curved Vane. This rotor is upgraded from OE straight vane to curved vanes as we deem necessary for performance, as most people are aware that curved vanes pump more air and keep disc cooler than straight vanes, however the curved vane discs are ﾓdirectionalﾔ meaning left and right discs are different and requires two sets of tooling instead of just one set in the case of straight vanes.

4-Piston Caliper: Piston Material: Made of stainless steel instead of aluminum like most common material that can substantially reduce the heat transfer (approx 1/10 of aluminum) from the pad to brake fluid. Double Sealing System: Our uniquely designed double seals in addition to primary hydraulic seal, the dust seal acts as a secondary back up seal (in case primary seal fail) in addition to its normal dust sealing. Caliper Body: Re-shaped for tougher stiffness and appealing look. Hardware: Brake pad pins and banjo connections were re-designed for easier installation and pad replacement. Surface Coating: Liquid paint is used, which is more resistant to chipping than powder coating. Light Weight: Weighs only 5 lbs. (compared to old CP4 4.75 lbs.), yet this new RB4000 calipers shall offer extended service life before any rebuilt is required.

This kit includes 2 one piece rotors, 2 4 piston calipers, 2 aluminum adapters and hardware, 1 set of ET300 brake pads and front and rear stainless steel brake lines.

ET300 Brake Pads, Street performance, tough to wear out. Delivers braking performance beyond OE pads with very low dust and no squeking. Excellent modulation, consistent friction and torque output, run from ambient temperature (even in cold mornings), extended life if they are used under the termperature guide, and affordable priced.
